1. It is recommended to collect all the Artworks purchased in the store by appointment. However, the works with the following properties, must be collected personally from the studio:

• Paper works over 62X42 cm / 1/2 sheet / A2 US Standard size

• Framed works (with or without glass).

• Fragile works of any kind.

    

2. If the client is interested, a recommendation for framing and other instructions will be given according to the specific work.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (within Israel)

• Registered mail shipping.

• Up to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

• Only Giclée works, over 40x60 cm (The Artwork is rolled inside a rigid cardboard tube)

• Original works are sent by mail only in sizes A2, A3, A4, A5 US Standard - in a padded envelope.

• Shipping prices:

  • No shipping cost - when purchasing over NIS 500 (as detailed in section 3)

  • NIS 80 - for purchases of up to NIS 500 (as detailed in section 3)

 

4. International Shipping:

• Once the item is sent, you'll receive an Email and a tracking number.

• Shipping prices:

  • The price may vary depending to the size and weight of the work and according to the price list of the courier. 

 

5. Returns Policy:

• We do not accept the return of Artworks of any kind, including:

  • Damage to Artwork during shipping, such as: fracture, tears, wrinkles, moisture.

  • Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Receiving Artwork with wrong sizes from those listed in the store.

    • Receiving a different Artwork than the one ordered in the store.

  • For obvious technological reasons, the colors the user sees on the screen may differ from the colors of the print, original work, sculpture, 3D work, and so on. Usually the differences are small depending on the quality of the user's screen. We make every effort to provide a quality product but will not replace a product because the colors are not identical to the colors and textures observed by the buyer.

 

6. A Certificate of Authenticity will be attached to each Artwork.

 

7. Maintenance and handling of Artwork:

• Hanging instructions:

  • Non-framed work It is recommended to hang with very thin nails without a head or binder clips for hanging works of art.

  • Framed works should be hung using two screws.

  • 3D Artworks should be hung with steel nails (for small format Artwork) or screws (for large format Artwork)

• Treatment of works:

  • Originals:

    • It is recommended not to leave the Artwork in a direct sunlight or beside a window.

    • It is recommended that you do not leave the Artwork in a damp or wet environment.

    • Do not clean the Artwork with a wet cloth.

  • Giclée:

  • It is recommended not to leave the Artwork in a direct sunlight or beside a window.

  • It is recommended that you do not leave the Artwork in a damp or wet environment.

  • Do not clean the Artwork with a wet cloth.

  • In order to flatten the Artwork, it should be placed for 3 days between two flatted, smooth surfaces with a weight placed on the top surface.
